In House Analytical Laboratory

JAYESH GROUP™ has its own in house analytical laboratory with qualified and experienced chemists to determine and analysis both raw materials and finished products. Test certificates are necessarily provided together with every consignment of finished goods. Stringent pollution control measures too are observed in all the processing units to ensure protection against environmental hazards and pollution.

Testing Services

The company firmly believes that an independent methodical analysis and testing of all raw materials and finished products itself ensures supply of quality products.

Procedure for Testing:

All raw materials and finished products are tested by wet analysis process; Sampling and testing are done as per ISI / International standards. To accomplish this objective, JAYESH GROUP™ has set-up an analytical laboratory with the following testing facilities:

• C & S Apparatus for the Analysis of Carbon & Sulphur


• Hot Plates, Muffle Furnaces, Ovens, Balance, Glassware etc. for Elemental Analysis by conventional methods. Sieve shaker for checking mesh sizes.


• Adequate trained chemists for conducting the testing activities.

Other Activities:

• Manufactures of Low Carbon Nobel Ferro Alloys by Alumino Thermite Process(ATP)


• Grinding and Pulverising of Ferro Alloys, Metals, Minerals & Chemicals as per customer’s required size.


• Stabilization (De-oxidation) of Ferro Alloys & Metal Powders as per customer’s requirements


• Packing in 50 Kgs HDPE Bags with inner Poly Bags or 100/200/250/500 Kgs Drums or 1000 Kgs Jumbo Bags as per customer’s requirements.
